1 Services We Provide

2 Pricing & Payments

All services are customized based on client requirements. Before starting any project, clients will receive a written quotation, scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Remaining balance is due based on agreed milestones or completion
• No work will begin without approval of pricing

3 Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally through email, cloud storage, shared platforms, or live deployment (websites, systems, apps). Delivery timelines are estimated and shared before the project begins.

• Required information is not provided by the client
• Client approvals are delayed
• Third-party services (hosting, platforms, APIs) cause delays

4 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if work has not started
• Partial refund if work is in progress (based on completed work)
• No refund after final delivery

• Can be cancelled with prior notice (as agreed)
• Charges for completed work remain payable

5 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Provide access to necessary accounts (hosting, domains, platforms, etc.)
• Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables promptly

Failure to provide required information may result in delays.

6 Third-Party Services

Our solutions may include third-party platforms such as payment providers, hosting services, marketing platforms (Google, Meta), and communication tools.

• Downtime or issues from third-party services
• Policy changes by external platforms
• Costs charged by third-party providers

7 Limitation of Liability

Cooperative Tech LLC is not liable for:

• Business losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities
• Platform outages or third-party failures
• Misuse of systems by the client
• Delays caused by external services

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8 Privacy Policy

• Manage billing and support

We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties.

9 Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client's property after full payment
• We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise
